Absolutely first class. Used them a few times and must say they could not have been more helpful, patiently explained the issue step by step and fixed the fault. Would highly recommend and use again. Thank you

Professional, polite and considerate! We made contact on a Monday about an electrical issue in the en suite and the very next day they attended to fix the issue. Couldn't ask for a better service, we will be using Phoenix going forward with any issues.

Rich is an absolute hero! We have had a problem with our electric for a while now and had other electrians try and fix it with no joy.. Rich was amazing... Firstly by reassuring me it can be done and then finding and fixing the problem. He even put up with my 100+ silly questions and was great with the kids! Thank you so much Rich and I can't recommend you enough and will be telling anyone that asks me where to find the best electrian in town!

Rich did exactly what he said he would do. He arrived promptly to give me a quote and to do the work. His price was fair and reasonable. He was here most of the day to do the job and everything worked perfectly. I would thoroughly recommend him

Highly recommend Rich for any electrical works. Very reliable, professional and honest. Goes above and beyond to ensure an excellent job is done. Wouldn't use anyone else!
