Keetons performed a full rewire on our house and the entire process from end to end was brilliant. After reaching out to Ryan he came out to view our property and we walked round together to show him what we wanted and he offered advice and opinions on the best way to proceed. We then had a good back and forth via email as we thrashed out the final quote as we kept taking things off and adding bits on. Throughout this process Ryan was courteous and polite, happy to answer questions and responded to emails and texts promptly. A couple of days before the rewire was due to start he visited again to collect keys and confirm the final locations of plugs, switches, light etc which was reassuring. We then vacated the property for a week whilst the Keetons team got to work performing the rewire. Whenever I texted Ryan during the week he responded in a timely manner and even fed our goldfish whilst we were away. The rewire was estimated to take 5 days but it did take a little longer. However, when we got back on day 5 we had power, lights and heating and Keetons came back at 8AM on Monday to finish off. The work is of a high standard and the team are super neat and super tidy. Chases are tight and we were surprised at how little dust was left behind on our return. Payment was made in three chunks. A deposit, payment 2 after 1st fix and the final payment after completion. All in all, we're very happy with the end result and the service we received. On top of all the complicated electrical stuff, the simple stuff is done really well. They respond to email and texts, they turn up when they say they're going to turn up and they're happy to come back to fix the inevitable snags.

Ryan and Jake did a fantastic job on a rental property that my wife and I own. The electrics were playing up and Keeton's responded super quick to my request for a check and report. We had new down lighters fitted throughout, a few switches and a new consumer unit. The work was carried out professionally and all mess removed from site.
