I chose this company based on their positive reviews, but my experience was disappointing and not what I expected. After an EICR, I was quoted ??225 for remedial works that were indicated to take up to one hour. In reality, the work was completed in approximately 10 minutes. Despite this, I was charged the full quoted amount, with no itemised breakdown of labour, materials, or certification. For context, the original EICR inspection???which involved significantly more time and work???was charged at ??204. It was only after I challenged the pricing that I was informed a minimum one-hour charge applies, regardless of the actual time taken. Based on the time estimate provided, I had understood the work to be more involved than it ultimately was and relied on their specialist knowledge in making that assessment. When I requested an itemised breakdown, this was not provided. I raised concerns regarding the charge, but the company declined to make any adjustment. I found the tone of the correspondence made it difficult to resolve the matter. In order to meet my regulatory requirements and obtain a satisfactory EICR, I subsequently made payment under protest. Based on this experience, I would not have used this company had I been aware of how their pricing structure would be applied in practice. I would strongly advise others to obtain full clarity on pricing structure, expected duration, and any minimum charges before proceeding, particularly where the basis of the quoted price is not clearly explained in advance.

Dan and Reece carried out my EICR inspection professionally and efficiently. They arrived on time and were very thorough in checking everything. They assured me during their inspection the electrical installation is satisfactory without any concerns. they also went beyond their job scope to explain on some of the other electrical appliances in the flat. I???d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and experienced electricians.
