I don't usually write reviews but this was such good service I felt it necessary. Snapped a key in a Yale lock, and was completely locked out in the cold. Ross was at the property within 20 minutes and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently also cutting 2 keys for me. He was polite and knowledgeable- would highly recommed.

Ross answered my call quickly and was able to come & fix a faulty multipoint door lock with a new part within a couple of hours. He also recommended & fitted more secure anti-snap cylinders a few days later. Throughout the process Ross was friendly, efficient, tidy & respectful of property. His work and materials supplied are of a high quality, his prices fair & reasonable and I have no hesitation in recommending him to others. He'll certainly be my go-to locksmith in the future. Excellent service! Ross responded as soon as he got my message and came round in a very short time. He did 2 jobs for us, and charged just 1 hour's labour + parts. I'm very happy with everything, and I would definitely recommend him

From start to finish Ross was incredibly professional and efficient. My call was answered promptly and a convenient time to visit my house was arranged. Ross called 30 mins in advance to confirm he was on his way and was very punctual. He assessed the work that needed to be done and informed me what my options were. He ordered the necessary parts and told me he could carryout the repairs the following day. In the meantime he fitted a temporary locking system so I could secure my house overnight. Ross arrived the following day at the agreed time and completed all works to a high standard, he even noticed an issue with another door and rectified this free of charge. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ross again and would highly recommend him to others.

Called Ross regarding a door which had jammed shut with a faulty mechanism. We booked in for the following day but then had a call saying he could come earlier. The issue was a difficult one but was sorted very quickly by Ross including a second visit to upgrade the replacement part. Very happy with the very prompt service and a really nice chap too! Would absolutely recommend, cheers!
