Very happy with work carried out, all fixed in quick time and reasonably priced.

I had a flood door installed by a well known and recommended firm and from the outset it was a problem: the door lock jammed ???the locking mechanism either locked me outside or inside my home. The door in many cases would not even close properly???in desperation I contacted my home insurer and was advised to contact a master locksmith to obtain a comprehensive assessment. Thank Heavens I contacted BC Master Locksmiths in Hull! Richard got in touch quickly and arranged to come out to assess the door quickly (on a bank holiday!) Nothing was too much trouble for him???he kept me informed about the options I had and when the repairs could be carried out etc and he remedied the problems quickly and to my total satisfaction: the door works reliably now! Richard is so good at listening to your concerns, and in presenting options, and in keeping you informed of time frames for the work to be carried out. We are totally satisfied with his repairs and cannot recommend him highly enough. If you want a first class locksmith, Richard is the person to contact!

Great. I dropped a broken safe lock and an another lock missing the key off with Richard and by the end of the week he had fixed the lock and made replacement keys for both. Excellent service thanks

Richard from BC Master Locksmiths recently came to replace the locks on my front and back doors, and he did a great job. He was very approachable and on the day he made sure everything worked perfectly and could offer advice for the future regarding my doors. It was really easy to get in touch with Richard via phone and email and he will follow up with all the details in writing (for me, via email). Richard is registered with the Master Locksmiths Association (MLA) and is DBS checked, so I felt safe trusting him with the job.
