Great guy, came within the hour as promised on a Sunday as well. Snapped key in a bi fold door lock. Removed the barrel and replaced with a new one. Very professional and well priced. Thanks again

The whole process was hassle-free and well-managed. They were punctual, respectful, and paid attention to every detail. I???m really pleased with how it turned out and would gladly work with them again.

What a fantastic service! Available same day, within an hour in fact, very honest and professional. Plus Keith had banter which made it even better. Highly recommended

Such a relief! Door would not unlock. Called Keith and he was very honest about the potential costs, as well as being available the same day. They came, changed the lock and realigned the door quickly and professionally, and at a really reasonable cost. Excellent work and advice. Will use again if needed.

Keith was absolutely brilliant in unlocking our bedroom door. Not only did Keith respond quickly, he also came round on the Sunday morning over Christmas! We are grateful for his services and would recommend Keith.
