Great service from Ricky, attended daughter's house after newly cut keys would not work leaving her locked out on a Sunday evening. Managed to fix issue and get her back into her home promptly, providing helpful tips and advice regarding the lock fitted to her property. Highly recommended!

Came out late Sunday evening and helped me to get in when I had new keys cut that didn???t fit my lock and saved me an 8 hour journey to get the original. A lovely guy how eased a stressful situation. Full recommend his services as also gave amazing advice about locks and the handles I could change to.

I rang three different locksmiths before I found Lockforce and none of them were interested, Ricky rang me back , turned up and did the job in no time, brilliant service, would recommend him to anyone. Thank You

Ricky changed the locks on our new house. He got us booked in quickly, and even fixed one of our doors that was sticking whilst he was there. We are very happy with the service provided.

I've used Ricky twice and both times he has been so helpful. The first time, I locked myself out. He let me know when he would be there, and he worked hard, in the dark with no outside lighting and a very tough lock, to get me in. The second time, we had concerns about my dad's welfare but couldn't get in because a key was left in the inside of the lock. Ricky made us a priority and got there quickly. Fortunately dad was fine and I'm so appreciative of Ricky's dementia training - he was brilliant at understanding what was important to dad and keeping him calm. Thank you so much Ricky - you are my local hero!
