Really great service from David, came on time and completed the job without any issues , was quick to respond to me and did a great job, highly recommend.

We called Keyhole Surgery to have our front door lock changed as we got ripped off by another company. David came very swiftly, and changed the lock in an extremely professional and polite manner. I would strongly recommend this company. Absolutely excellent service at a very competitive price, great job.

Very quick and very good could not ask for more fantastic staff

I recently had the pleasure of working with The Keyhole Surgery, after a key broke off in a front door mortice lock, and I can honestly say it was one of the best service experiences I???ve had in a long time. From the moment I called, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. They arrived within fifteen minutes, fully prepared, and explained everything clearly before getting to work. What impressed me most was their skill and efficiency. They diagnosed the issue within minutes and had my lock fixed even faster. The quality of their work was outstanding, and the price was examplary???especially considering the level of service. It???s rare to find someone who combines expertise, transparency, and genuine customer care so seamlessly. If you need a locksmith you can trust, I highly recommend The Keyhole Surgery. It???s reassuring to know there???s a reliable professional out there who truly takes pride in their craft. I???ll definitely be turning to them for any future locksmith needs!

Absolutely top notch service, very friendly and personable. As a woman living alone he was amazing and made me feel completely at ease. Would 1 million percent recommend. Very fair on pricing for an emergency weekend call out as well.
