DONT USE THEM ! They are now part of national company called ???We???ve Got The Key??? and they have the key but you don???t! Four weeks after paying up front I don???t have a look alike key for my Fiat Ducato motorhome which works. They have refused to refund my ??282. Disgraceful customer service which is designed to fob you off. Try to speak to someone in authority, get the fob off. Steer well clear of Cox and Sharp (Practice)

Great Service. I needed a new key card, Tazz responded very quickly to my enquiry and was able to provide an appointment at my home address. The new key card is sturdier than the original and works great. Highly recommended!

Had my key replaced about a month ago and questioned if my dad's key could be fixed. At the time they weren't able to repair that type of key. A few days ago they got in contact with my partner to ask him if we still needed dad's key fixing. They even worked around our busy schedule! Brilliant service, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended :)

Messaged this company on Facebook after seeing an advertisement on a buy and sell page. Got a response straight away and was given a very reasonable price, so booked in to visit when it was convenient for me. Was a quick, efficient, friendly service - would definitely use again.
