I called to see if a lock could be repaired today and Gavin was fantastic. He was able to fix the lock rather than have to replace the whole thing and potentially damage the door or be a different colour to the other weathered door hardware. Thank you so much, if you can keep the replacement lock for us for when the next bit breaks, that would great!

i asked gavin to fit a new yale and mortice lock. he came and fitted another brand of lock (not yale) and no sooner had he left (took him 30 mins) the mortice lock handle came off in my hand. this happened because he used existing screw holes that were worn. he said he would come back but i didn't trust him to do the fix properly so i paid someone else. he charged me ??225 and refused to refund any of it. maybe change the company name from locksmart to lockscam?

I am so much delighted with how Locksmart Devon fixed my front door???s keyhole after being broken. Gavin managed to fix it in less than no time, making my door having its new keyhole. But he had to come back after few days to replace the temporary silver lock and put on the permanent gold locks just to match my old one. Gavin has been respectful and professional all throughout. I would certainly recommend him and Locksmart Devon to you to fix your broken keyholes and knobs.

I contacted Gavin in a blind panic needing urgent access. His response was immediate and came the following day. An absolute expert with a trained eye hence knew the problem immediately and sorted it just as quickly. Will be telling all the neighbours about his amazing service. VERY COMPETITIVE PRICING! Great guy. Very friendly. Worked around my work schedule and traveled to my place of work during my dinner break to cut me 2 new car keys. Took about 10 minutes. The keys work perfectly. Very pleased with the service. Highly recommended.
