Was increasingly hard to turn the key in the lock and eventually when pushing a too hard the key broke in the lock, Rich was quick to reply and quick out. Friendly and meticulous, readjusted slightly and made sure we understood the side factors relating to the door which had left to the key to breaking in the first place.

Gave Richard a call and he was here within 15 minutes! We had snapped a key which was wedged right inside the front door. Very friendly service and managed to sort the lock quickly and efficiently for the price he quoted us on the call. Will definitely be using Torbay locksmith for any future issues ????

Brilliant and efficient service from local locksmith Richard. Responds to enquiries promptly. Highly recommend.

After losing a set of keys I wanted to change our locks. Richard was really efficient at coming around at a time to suit and popping new locks in - cheerful with really great communication- I highly recommend if you need any help with locks !! Thank you ????

Superb service from Richard at Torbay Locksmith. Came promptly and as promised and repaired our lock, when he could so easily have said it needed replacing. Trustworthy, efficient and while I hope we don't need him again in the future, we have no hesitation in recommending him. A proper customer service style local business. Thank you.
