Didn???t need John to come out in the end due to his reassuring and confident advice he gave over the phone! Had a key stuck in my front door lock and he told me with a bit of WD40 and a key the other side I could probably remove it myself. He could have quite easily charge me the ??75 and remove it himself but gave me free advice over the phone instead. Thank you!! Crisis averted

John is an absolute legend. My elderly in-laws had an issue with a back door, we live 200 miles away. John had finished for Christmas, however asked to see what the issue was by us sending photos over. Realised the issue, told us how to fix, issue sorted. Will not hesitate to send business his way in the future. Really decent guy! Wish there were more John???s in this world. Thank you.

Could not lock my door so called LockRite. I could not leave for work and was worried about sleeping that night. He came straight out and stayed for 2 hours getting it sorted. Thank you so much for a great job.

Called John on a Saturday morning when our front door wouldn't lock. He came out in around 30 minutes, fitted a new part and adjusted the door for a very reasonable cost. Would use again and thoroughly recommend.
