A first class service! Kev was very responsive, quickly identified the issue, which had been overlooked by 2 previous locksmiths, stripped the unit, replaced the faulty parts and even upgraded part of the lock for free. Kev charged a flat rate for his labour, even though the job took considerably longer than anticipated. I was really surprised when he said that he doesn???t charge an ???out of hours??? rate. Excellent value for a great service.

Phoned Kev to get a replacement lock on my Mother in Laws front door. As we live in Hampshire we couldnt get down to Cornwall but Kev liaised with the carers and agreed a time/date to do the work. All done within a day or so of the initial call. A real gentleman - cant thank him enough. Top class customer service - highly recommended to anyone with a lock problem. Thank you Kev.

I called KSM locksmiths they answered straightaway and agreed to come out that afternoon to replace all of the locks on a property. Their service was quick, efficient and professional with no hidden fees for key rings & fobs etc. They even resolved an issue with a window that wouldn???t open and gave good solid advice on doors and locks; showing a solid understanding of the trade they were done in about an hour. I would definitely recommend and use again if needed. 10/10

We had a problem with our door not closing properly so Kev came straight out and fixed it. Competitively priced and could not fault the service from contacting Kev to him sorting our door. Highly recommend. We know who to contact next time we have any problems. Great service and knowledge. Thank you so much.

Arrived within 10 minutes as promised, sorted my concern very quickly and was friendly, informative. Cost was great too. Would recommend to anyone!!
