Was locked out my flat at 7pm and needs help. Was told the costs, approved them, and waited. A half an hour later was phoned & told that no one was coming, engineer wasn???t available! Such poor service, in the middle of winter. Care nothing for others!

Have returned my repaired boots twice because the soles have come unstuck. I have now had to glue them myself as Timpson have been unable to do it despite the ??35.00 charge.
