We called Dorset locksmiths for an emergency call out as myself and my partner locked ourselves out our home. Even though it was 7pm on a bank holiday, a great chap came and got us in without any trouble. We called many locksmiths before trying Dorset locksmiths, as we were frantically working our way down the list of local locksmiths we are thankful they picked up the phone and helped us!! (We called 6 before and either had no answer or they offered us silly prices due to being a bank holiday) 10/10 service, thanks again

If I could give this 0 I would. Awful awful awful. 5 hours to get a lock out drilling- fitted a non trading standards lock- rubbish screw fix/tool station ones, left great big gauges in wooden door, rubbish communication- said to come back at 12. Got back- didn???t even ring me to say he needed longer eventually left at 4pm having arrived at 11am. Lock was also on wonky and kept catching- mechanism wasn???t even working properly. Felt pressured into paying before work had been completed as I was due to move into the property next day and was stressed it wouldn???t get done so paid up front. Called him next morning to complain, received very aggressive tone saying he won???t answer my calls. An hour later he is at my new property noseying around without letting me know, then saw I was in and demanded to speak to me. Before taking pictures of the lock after whacking a load of dark varnish on top to try and cover it up. Got a fab locksmith to redo all his work and will try taking this guy to the small claims court. Will also be reporting to trading standard as other locksmiths in area have told me he has been reported before and they are always rectifying his work.

Not an emergency but arrived quickly. Changed the lock barrel within minutes. Very reasonable price charged. Would definitely use again.

Really helpful. Cut 2 keys for me and even gave me a decent key ring holder for them. Even let me try them on my Lambretta. Perfect . Thanks. *****.
