If I could give Michael more than 5 stars I would! Came out the same day to replace the old mechanism on my front door which had broken and jammed shut. Very friendly, excellent job he explained everything along the way and went above and beyond what I ecpected. He helped me set up WiFi calling on my iphone (I didn???t even know that was a thing!) and even got rid of a huge wasp from my hall! Don???t even think of looking elsewhere just give Michael a call you won???t regret it.

Michael responded to my call very promptly. He called the very next day to change locks as he said he would do. Very reliable, efficient and did a great job. Will use Michael again.

Michael was a pleasure to deal with. He instantly gave me a fair quote over the phone and stuck to it. He???s efficient, friendly, and very professional. I couldnt recommend him enough!

I was leaving my home to go to my brothers house when I noticed that my front door wouldn't lock despite turning the key in the lock. I phoned Michael from Mobile Locksmith Durham. He arrived at my home in 10 minutes. After Michael taking the door lock out, that wasn't at fault. It was the whole locking mechanism in the frame of the door at fault. He had a new one in his van With is years of experience as a locksmith he fitted the whole thing within 30 minutes visiting in my home. He did a fantastic job and I had the reassurance that my home was protected from someone breaking into my home. Look no further for a locksmith by using this excellent company.
