Called Simon out to replace glass in conservatory door and couldn't be more pleased with the result. Price given was price charged and even fixed door which had dropped at no extra charge. I would highly recommend Simon and will be using him going forward. Thank you for a job very well done.

Had both front and back door fixed today by Simon . He did a fantastic job, back French doors close better than they have EVER closed , front door also closes now without brute force. Simon kept me well informed on when he would call and was a very reasonable price . When it comes to windows, doors and locks he knows his business and I would highly recommend.

Needed an emergency job between xmas & new year. We rang Simon???s number & even though he was on his Xmas break he came & fixed our door. Was an absolute pleasure to come across such a lovely tradesman. Luckily for us he not only fixes doors he also fits them. We further used Simon to replace our front & back door. Superb service from start to finish. Very knowledgeable & even installed our back door early whilst waiting for the front to be made. Highly recommended & we will be using again for our window replacement.

Simon did a brilliant job for me today - I was locked out of my house with the key stuck in the front door and he came out in under 10 minutes, solved the problem very quickly and showed me how to avoid such problems in future, and generously refused to take any payment. 6 star service - I would recommend him to anyone - really wonderful service.

We came across this local business when we needed a locksmith, and Simon from Winlock (Durham), based in Chester-le-Street, was exceptional. He is reliable, punctual, professional, and very friendly. We were expecting to have to replace the entire lock, which could have been expensive. However, Simon reassured us that the issue could be resolved without replacing the whole lock, saving us both time and money. His rates are very reasonable, and it was clear that the work represented excellent value for money. Simon can also replace windows and doors, which is useful to know as our front door is well past its best. We are already arranging for him to return to replace our door. It is always a pleasure to find a local trader you can trust. We can thoroughly recommend Simon for any work you may need ??? you will not be disappointed.
