James came to my house, quoted for a job. Nice guy. I ordered the tiles, they arrived - so I called him back to arrange the start date. No reply or call back. Texted, and called, and left messages, and texted. Completely ghosted for about 2 weeks, not even a reply. Annoying, because I then had to go and find another tiler and book them in, which overall caused me about 5/6 weeks delay. No experience of his work but super unprofessional.

James tiled our cooker splash back, the tiles were 1200x1200 very expensive and I was concerned about the weight and the cutting. I needn???t of worried James had all the right equipment was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with, he did an absolutely fantastic job and I can???t recommend him enough.

James completed our downstairs utility project efficiently with an excellent finish. We are extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend him.

Amazing job done ! we are so pleased James was so reliable, clean/tidy and polite!

I would unreservedly recommend James. He did an excellent job tiling our new downstairs cloakroom. In addition he was punctual, tidy and communicated well at all stages.
