Very good very tidy nice person

this is an update of a previous review. i am extremely disappointed with the work mark has carried out on my kitchen and utility floors. to be honest i am lost for words, this is in no way a witch hunt as mark is a wonderful bloke, but the tiling i have been left with is not fit for purpose. i now have 3 cracked tiles two of them been under skirtings. (1000mm x 600mm tiles) on further count there is 6 loose and loads of hollow spots. the utility is a different level completely and the threshold is an absolute mess. there is raised tiles, uneven tiles, cracked tiles and hollow tiles. i don't know what to do as the tiles are large and not easy to replace, some are under skirting and in difficult areas to get to. do i live with it so unsightly or pay someone to rip up 70sqm worth of tiles ???????? and buy new to relay. ??????????????????????????????????????? it will be a very expensive Job. i am so unhappy with the floors its not funny, it stresses me out no end because the solution will be timely and expensive to fix. response to the below - yes you did come around, but like i said, there is not enough tiles to buy (discontinued) to rectify all the issues, its extremely unfair of what we have been left with, and yes you did apologize, but that doesn't help the fact we have a very poor floor that constantly gets questioned on. 06/11 - UPDATE, another cracked tile in the living area has appeared, there is so many things wrong with this floor now, i just cant believe it, my own stupidity for paying for it and not checking. we do not have the money to rectify and relay new tiles, and no compensation has been offered.

Mark has recently tiled our newly built kitchen utility and some empty spaces where old kitchen cabinets used to be. He raised the floor height so the tiles would match up to our existing floor and created a seamless tile match throughout. We???re happy with the completed job and wouldn???t hesitate to book Mark again.

Mark did our kitchen floor and walls and we are very pleased with the finished result. He was very professional and his work is second to none. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Never had an issue with any of our tradesmen before, and never left one a bad review.. but he made abit of a mess of our brand new shower room I'm afraid so feel compelled to let others know... grout left all over brand new alu windows, over freshly plastered walls, tiles laid uneven and cracked tiles used (even though there were plenty left spare!) Cut lines not very neat, trims not fitted right, waste wouldn't fit in the hole so tiles had to be cut away and now looks bad, finishes were not done. Having to pay another tiler to remove and redo. 2 stars, as he did turn up when promised, trusted him in my home and was pleasant to deal with. Mark did offer to put right some of the cosmetic issues raised but seeing as it is all having to be ripped out and done again it seemed a waste of both of our time...
