The guys at the Tile and Stone Gallery Norwich were superb from start to finish. They were always helpful in ordering samples and patient with us during the decision process. There was no problem to store the tiles and deliver at our convenience. They were kind enough to recommended a brilliant tiler (David Mutten) who worked hard to complete our flooring to the highest possible standards. Businesses like this are priceless and we would recommend them without reservation. Many thanks again.

???????????????My go-to tile suppliers in Norwich.I???ve been using Tile and Stone Gallery for my trade business consistently, and they never disappoint. The customer service is excellent, the product quality is top-notch, and they really understand the needs of trade professionals. Having a reliable supplier makes my job much easier. 10/10 service every time!

Absolutely brilliant service, I was looking for a needle in a haystack as I wanted to match some old grey tiles due to a bathroom upgrade and as soon as I showed them a picture and gave the size, they new immediately what tiles they were and even better could buy them individually as I only wanted 3 tiles. I went to several other tile shops but these guys came up trumps, they certainly know their trade. Would definitely recommend them

Great experience at the Norwich store. I wanted something a little different and the big stores offered all the same type. Staff very helpful and I took advantage of buying a sample tile to take home. My bathroom has now been finished and I think it looks fab.

Bought tiles for our bathroom. Matt was really helpful in getting them for when we needed them. We then needed more and again Matt organised next day for us. Excellent customer service all round and very patient with us.
