   From start to finish, this was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I???ve had with any supplier. We specifically ordered and paid for these tiles in advance to ensure stock availability, with the clear understanding that they would be held until we contacted them to arrange delivery. At the time of ordering, this was agreed to without issue. However, this was later contradicted with a surprisingly arrogant attitude, as we were told they are ???not a storage facility??????despite previously having no problem taking full payment and holding the goods. Without any instruction from us, they then went ahead and delivered the tiles anyway???and to completely the wrong address. The delivery was made to the customer???s property instead of our work premises, with no confirmation. To make matters worse, the tiles were dumped on the customer???s driveway, left sitting in the rain, with the pallet wrapping already torn open. These were expensive tiles, yet they were handled with absolutely no care or consideration. After raising the issue, the tiles were collected the following day. The company was clearly informed that they had been left exposed to the rain. We were then promised a redelivery at a confirmed time to the correct location???basic expectations, you would think. Weeks later, during installation, it became blatantly obvious the tiles had been compromised. Multiple boxes were saturated, and the tiles themselves were marked and stained from water damage. Completely unacceptable for a product at this price point and not good with the fact that these tiles required sealing. What followed was just as bad, if not worse. The company was consistently argumentative, dismissive, and unwilling to accept even the slightest responsibility. Instead, we were told we should have opened and inspected every single box on delivery. This is a ridiculous suggestion???no one is going to unpack and check over 100 tiles individually on arrival. It???s called common sense, something clearly lacking here. Several boxes were completely unusable, yet they refused to replace them. Escalating the issue achieved nothing except exposing an even worse attitude from management. The area manager (Catherine) in particular was incredibly patronising, unhelpful, and came across as more interested in shifting blame than resolving a clear and obvious failure on their part. To add to this, grout was also ordered at the same time. We specifically asked if the grout shown in the picture on their website could be supplied with the order. Instead, a completely different colour grout was selected by the shop assistant. When this was brought to their attention, they again took no responsibility and refused to exchange it, leaving us to go out and purchase alternative grout at our own cost. The only reason this job wasn???t a complete disaster is because we had over-ordered an d the shower tray size reduced Otherwise, their incompetence would have caused serious delays and additional costs. Overall, this company shows zero accountability, poor organisation, and a complete lack of professionalism. Between going against agreed terms, mishandling delivery, supplying water-damaged tiles, providing incorrect materials, and their disgraceful attitude when challenged, I would strongly advise anyone to avoid them. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

   Not over impressed so far with this company. We spent a lot of money on tiles for our new house and so far 8 broken tiles from 3 packs that we have opened. We waited ages for them to arrive with little communication on what was happening.

   Not a great experience. Sample tiles were not very representative of final product, tiles arrived 6-8 wks late, no communication from the store without prompting, and products arrived broken and had to be returned .

   We have used Mandarin stone for 3 bathrooms - buying a number of different marbles from the Exeter showroom. We were looked after by Ricky who was absolutely brilliant. He was very knowledgable, professional and personable and the customer service he offered no doubt ensured we wanted to use Mandarin stone for all of our bathrooms. He was incredibly helpful in terms of technical know how and, when we needed further help with regards to a product, he dealt with it personally to get it sorted. Best tile supplier in the South West without a doubt. Excellent products and unrivalled customer service

   Excellent friendly service from the team at Exeter- thanks to Luc and Rickey for handling all my queries quickly and professionally. I had decided upon Pod pink for the flooring and just needed to decide upon which green wall tiles would work with my ideas. I was shown a variety of tiles after explaining my vision and given lots of helpful information regarding using a herringbone pattern with the subway tiles. Absolutely delighted with the result- beautiful, high quality tiles delivered exactly on time with no breakages.
