Absolutely fantastic! We wandered in while in passing to find lots of gorgeous tiles in their showroom. We got to chatting with the very friendly co-owner, Dave, and he was so helpful and friendly. We fell in love with the first tile we saw and came back several times to discuss it. We booked and had it installed very quickly in our new kitchen and love the results! Allen, who came and installed it, was as friendly as his brother Dave, giving us lots of choices of where we wanted the pattern in our tiles situated in our space to get it exactly right for us. We hostly couldn't recommend them highly enough!!

We came in for kitchen floor tiles, they showed us every option available. The tile we chose was unfortunately in transit making its way to the warehouse and would arrive too late but they said they knew of another tile that they would get a sample of for us to look at. The new sample arrived the next day and we loved it more than the first and went ahead with the order. The process was really fast and the tiles were delivered the next day. They even offered us advice on fitting the tiles and ongoing support. Lovely company, amazing staff. We will be coming here again for our bathroom tiles soon!

We had a bathroom redone and ordered 3 different sets of high-quality, Italian porcelain tiles for the walls and floor. The service was fantastic! Not only did they look after us when the original floor tiles did not suit the way we thought, they consulted us to help us find the right ones and even delivered the new ones and collected the original ones. Lovely people and very reasonable on price. We have 2 more bathrooms and a kitchen to go and we would not dream of going anywhere else. Thanks for such a great experience! See you again soon!

After trawling the usual tiling shops across Medway we stumbled on Rad Tiling. We were made to feel welcome and valued as soon as we walked in the door and offered assistance if needed. Staff were on hand to help, with nothing too much trouble. After finding the tiles wanted, we discussed fitting and were offered and accepted to be put in touch with someone. Communication was fantastic from point of order to completion. Tiles were delivered at my convenience well packaged and the fitter laid them better than I could have hoped for. We even had a follow up to make sure we were happy! What a fantastic service from start to finish, this will now be our go-to place for tiles, we cant recommend them enough!
