Phoned this branch directly to discuss the stock levels of an item expressing that I only needed one and would be down to collect. Was told that there was 200 in stock. Travelled 45 minutes to collect only to arrive and be told that the stock level is across all their branches. This particular branch had none in stock. Sadly a wasted journey. Positives - Great looking shop and appeared to have lots of items. Who I spoke to in branch was knowledgeable and offered a close but not close enough solution to the out of stock item.

I can???t rate this company highly enough. I???ve used them for a few projects. Great prices, quick delivery with excellent communication. I had a query with one particular item & the customer service was second to none. Special thanks to Gener who was extremely helpful and supportive. I would highly rate this company to anyone, they actually care about their customers. Thank you.

We have been a long-standing customer which makes this experience even more disappointing. We ordered two items but only received one. We raised the issue as we were waiting for the back order and the proof of delivery evidence clearly showing that only a single box was delivered. Even a member of their own team confirmed that only one item had been dispatched. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering a reasonable resolution the supplier insisted that two items were sent and suggested the missing product must have been lost or used on our end. Despite our attempts to resolve the matter professionally we were met with a refusal to help and no willingness to provide a refund or replacement. Be careful when dealing with this company and always check trustpilot to get another source of customer satisfaction. They also insist on upfront payment and based on our experience there is a risk of not receiving your full order. Reply to Lilley comment: the manufacturer PDP manager confirmed that they had done a misstake and sent us only 1 out of the 2 ordered products, apologised and confirmed that they will send us our replacement product, which only proves where you are talking from.

Terrible. I paid for next working day delivery before midday. I did so on Saturday morning and received my item Tuesday afternoon after constant chasing and after being told it had already been delivered when it hadn???t. I complained and asked for a full refund on the ??55 pound delivery charge for an ??8 part. I really needed that part. So almost all the cost was the delivery service, and yet I did not receive the service I paid for. I had asked for a full refund - although said not to bother if they made a wording change on their misleading website Terms and Conditions. Thinking I???m helping improve things for others. That suggestion was refused - it???s beneficial to them to have a misleading claim on their website. Since then they have refused to give me a full refund. Unfortunately I am having to take them to the small claims court for breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to get reimbursed and hopefully get their website changed. Be warned???
