I Would thoroughly recommend AP Tiling.Artur re tiled and fitted two cloak rooms for us as well as a bathroom floor. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him. His work is of an exceptionally high standard. I would thoroughly recommend him to anybody wanting to have a bathroom makeover or any other tiling project

Fabulous tiling from AP Tiling. Superb knowledge (with regard to tiling and underfloor heating) and attention to detail. Arthur works so hard and listened to my requests. Excellent job, won???t hesitate to recommend him to all my friends and family.

AP tiling Professional managed the renovation of our house from start to finish. The quality of laying the tiles was meticulous and fast with the organisations of the entire work such as purchasing and delivery of materials. I was very impressed by their kindness and willingness to help and respecting our deadlines and their communication was flow less because we live far away. AP tiling was involved in making our decisions, consulting and giving a professional opinion with the recommendation of an electrician and a carpenter whom we also urgently needed. We were very satisfied with their work and they are so far the best team we have had because we have already renovated several houses in the past.

Professionalism throughout the installation of our wet room. The quality of service was excellent and any challenges that came about was given a lot of thought in a calm experienced manner and ultimately solved. Highly recommend AP Tiling.

I initially went with AP Tiling as they seemed very reputable. Their reviews were positive, therefore even with their quote being the highest we received, we chose them to do the work. Upon initial inspection the work looked good, I was happy with it. There were a couple of non work related aspects I was not so happy with, no mask was worn, the dirty tool bag was placed on to of my sons crib, the old tiles were left in bin bags at the front of my property, I thought this would be taken away, and the date and time of the work was changed multiple times, we were asked the night before if they could do the work the next morning but overall the work seemed to be fine. A little later I had a closer inspection of the work (after I had paid) and there were a few problems (pictures to follow): 1. The side panel of the sink cabinet had been damaged further (it had a slight bit of damage already but was made worse) 2. The sink cabinet was not fitted back correctly, there is a gap between the tiles 3. One of the wall tiles behind the toilet on the floor was cracked 4. Grouting between the wall and the floor tile not done properly I phoned the owner of the company simply wanting someone to come back and sort the problems that could be sorted, in particular the grouting between the floor tile and the wall, but was met with a very angry response. She was very aggressive down the phone to me, raising her voice and being very rude. I sent pictures of the damage and I have attached the picture of the WhatsApp response I received. There was no apology for the errors that were made, and they have refused to send someone back to fix some of the work. I asked what they would do and ???Nothing??? was shouted down the phone to me. I would not recommend AP tiling at all, they offer a poor customer service, a lack of attention to detail and a high price.
