Taylor has done an amazing job doing a complete refurbishment of one of our bathrooms and a revamp of another that has completely transformed it. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience and can thoroughly recommend Taylor, with complete confidence, if you decide to chose him to do your bathroom fit. Great guy!

5* .Work and service from Taylor @ THE Property Maintenance. We are so pleased with our new hallway and study flooring! Taylor was professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail. The tiles look perfect and have completely transformed the look of the entrance to our home. He took care during installation and cleaned up afterwards, leaving everything spotless. Nothing was ever too much trouble. From before moving in to our new house to being let down by 2 tile suppliers Taylor was happy to work with us even though we had to move dates around. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent service! Thanks Taylor for everything, we would definitely recommend you for any future projects ????????

I recently had my bathroom completely renovated by T.H.E Property Maintenance, and I couldn???t be happier with the result. The space has been transformed!! Our bathroom includes a fitted bath with a stylish shower screen and modern shower, a smart vanity unit with integrated sink, a new toilet, and a sleek towel rail ??? all perfectly installed with great attention to detail. Taylor, who managed the project, was an absolute pleasure to work with. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He was professional, approachable, and clearly takes pride in delivering a high standard of workmanship. I???m genuinely over the moon with both the service and the final result. If you???re considering a bathroom renovation, I can???t recommend T.H.E Property Maintenance enough!!!! I???ve already booked in to have my en-suite and cloakroom done ????

Taylor completed the full refurb of our bathroom which we are over the moon with. It???s exactly what we wanted and Taylor took lots of care to make it perfect! Would definitely recommend.
