Bought some great tiles and that was all good. BUT I also needed grout and asked the guy on the phone for advice, very obvious that I was a novice. I was swaying between normal and Nicobond Starlike Evo, which is way more expensive, I was advised to go for the Starlike Evo. What a major mistake I made, that stuff was so difficult to use and to clean up, it was an absolute nightmare! I also now need to get that special cleaning fluid to clean off the film, which I was not told about either. I would have really appreciated some advice!

Excellent tiles look great in the kitchen, excellent customer service, Kris went the extra mile, sent us a replacement tile too. Delivery driver was really helpful and kind. Would highly recommend!

Had To give 1 star but not worthy of that, order samples and website states in some cases the next day but waited 3 days as no update and was told by the very helpful ( NOT ) Mason to phone back on Monday because the web people are not there, asked him to put me through and he said no point as he's not at his desk, try again Monday or in 10 minutes, needless to say regardless of sample's I will not be buying from N & C. Good work Mason and N & C

Great service, very helpful staff. Made sure I had everything I needed. Fantastic selection to choose from. Would recommend.

Excellent service and price. Seen by Nic Walker-Smart who had all the time to explain what we needed and how much of it. Lovely tiles and other products. Would highly recommend visiting for all tile requirements.
