Frank, Jack and the team completely refurbished our home in St Mawes and I would not hesitate to recommend them. They completed the project on time and the quality of workmanship and attention to detail is simply outstanding. They took the time to regularly update us and any hiccups encountered along the way were efficiently and quickly dealt with in a calm and organised fashion. Their quote and pricing were clear and transparent. They were all very friendly and professional and extremely neat and tidy which was much appreciated. Our neighbour has commented on how hardworking and courteous the whole team was. We will definitely use them for any future work, thanks a million!

Frank Page at Wood & Tile was the Principal Contractor for our project to remodel a 1990s bungalow into a modern, largely maintenance-free, home. For us at the outset it seemed very daunting. Though we???d had the house for a decade and knew the local area it was not our main home ??? we lived 60 miles away, so could not be on hand to supervise the work on a daily basis. We needn???t have worried. Frank proudly showed us round some of the properties they had worked on or were in progress and we were impressed with his attention to detail and his stated aim to work with high quality specialist contractors ??? carpenters, electricians, plumbers, plasterer, decorators, structural engineers etc. If he was as good as his word we???d have nothing to fear ??? and that???s how it worked out. Frank and all the members of Wood & Tile were fantastic over the entire 40 week project and it became a pleasure to arrive on site to be warmly greeted and be shown what progress had been made. Frank???s ability to co-ordinate all the trades, to make creative suggestions for improvements to the planned work, to solve inevitable problems, encourage each member of the site crew to take pride in the their work, and to communicate regularly, clearly and honestly with us ??? the owners ??? was both impressive and greatly appreciated. The only additions to the overall cost of the work agreed at the outset were the result of changes to the specification that we initiated or approved in advance. Huge thanks go to Frank, Jack and the rest of the team for creating our beautiful home and Summerhouse. We whole-heartedly recommend Wood & Tile without reservation.

Wood &Tile Construction were considerate, professional and friendly. Good quality work building our garage and installing electrics, very tidy, workers cleaned up each day. Kept us the customers informed of progress and discussed all aspects of the project throughout. Finished the work despite dreadful weather conditions. Thank you.

Thoroughly recommend Wood & Tile who've done an excellent job installing complete family bathroom & re build of our hallway. The team are very polite and work with you. We had some challenges (due to age of our house) and they were great at coming up with solutions to help. Frank also has extensive contacts with trade suppliers which helped us achieve the style we were looking for. Will definitely be using again on our next project.

Frank and his team have, over the past 5 months, completely renovated our holiday home in Rock, Cornwall. The quality of the work has been outstanding and all Frank's team are very friendly, diligent and a pleasure to work with, nothing is too much. We have renovated a number of homes in the past and Frank and his team have been the best team we have worked with, and at distance, as our home is in Kent. Communication has been regular, enabling us to stay connected and be available whenever a decision needs to be made, it worked well. Overall i would highly recommend Wood & Tile Construction and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again, which i am sure we definitely will! Great job, well done, without drama and a great team. Mark
