Great local business, Beckie and team were extremely friendly and helpful. We love our tiles!

Every single tile was broken. We took too long to tell them so they wouldn???t refund or even make any sort of goodwill gesture. I accept we took too long and that???s our mistake - we got caught up in a project and the many things to check, but even so, it???s really poor to send tiles with hardly any protection all, just a sticker saying fragile. It???s not really surprising they???re all broken.

Thanks! Really helpful. You always find out what a company is like when things go wrong, and we had problems our end unrelated to the supply of tiles. And even though they didn't need to help, tiles of ringwood were really helpful. Very happy to recommend dealing with them, and lovely products too. Five stars.

After trawling around all the mainstream tile shops and not finding what we wanted, we visited Tiles Of Ringwood. When we went in, we didn???t feel pressurised but were given time to have a mooch. We took some photos of what we liked and went back the next day to ask for samples. Beckie was very helpful and we ordered our tiles later that day. 5 days later they arrived and were fitted the next day. We???re delighted with them, they???re a little different to your standard tiles that everyone seems to stock. Beckie???s communication was excellent and we would not hesitate to recommend Tiles of Ringwood!
