Avoid at all costs!! Ultimate time waster!! Shane quoted for an install project for ??50k on a self build project and prosed a start date to suit him. Confirmed the order with a start date booked with 4 weeks notice. Shane then failed to attend as agreed, no notice or discussion, he moved the start date back another 4 weeks as he had ???other jobs to do??? but with guarantees to attend at a later date. Likely knowing we had no plan B available at short notice. Kept in touch with Shane to confirm he was on programme and still coming in the weeks ahead of the revised start date. Limited response but had plenty of opportunity to advise if he couldn???t fulfil the order. No surprise but Shane cancelled a few days before he was due to start by text. 3 months wasted waiting for the self proclaimed ???best tiler in the area???. Happy to share details of my experience and with anyone even considering using this guy, also happy to share contact details for some reputable contractors in the area if needed! Excellent service from quotation to completion of tiles being laid on the floor and shower cubicle walls. Tilers arrived promptly, were respectful of property and cleaned up before they left. The finished job is excellent, we are very happy and would definitely recommend Shane Hardy Tiling.

Shane, Liam, Mark and Jenson did a fantastic job of tiling our new kitchen and utility room. They were true perfectionists and finished the job to an extremely high standard. Highly recommended and we look forward to seeing them again in the new year to tile our hallway.

Shane did a great job tiling both our bathrooms, he was quick, tidy and reasonably priced. He was also able to offer advice and he made sure that the end result was of high quality, we would definitely recommend and we hope to have him back soon to tile our hallway floor.
