Unfortunately Andy is very slow and for someone calling himself 'the tiler' does not seem to have the skills to provide a professional finish. Left our bathroom with numerous issues and overall a very very disappointing finish. Should be avoided. Update. You do know me you finished a week ago after coming back to do shoddy corrections. I have tiles with cut edges in the middle of a wall, bodged trim that doesn't line up, radiator pipes tiled so the radiator doesn't fit to the wall, a shower drain with missing framing because you didn't read the instructions. You took 2 weeks to tile a small floor and 2 half walls badly! You spent a full day grouting which could have been done in a few hours and managed to do it so badly my wife had to go over parts of it. I'm happy to post photos for anyone who wants evidence. Update 2. We have water pouring through our kitchen ceiling from the bath room as even though Andy claims to be an expert in wet rooms he forgot to seal between the floor and walls.

Agreed a price with Andy to start on a certain day after I'd ripped all the tiles off myself. Andy then text me on the morning he was supposed to start saying he was cancelling, I've asked for a bit of an explanation or to ask if he can start at a later date but heard nothing in a week. Very unprofessional and it left me days on end with no tiles on my kitchen or bathroom while I was trying to find someone else.

Andy re-tiled our en-suite & fitted a new shower base & enclosure. Can???t believe the transformation looks fantastic, a very professional job done by a tidy & very friendly & efficient worker. Would highly recommend.
