The service has consistently been excellent, the prices are very competitive, and I???ve never had any issues with quality or delivery. It???s rare to find a business that stays this dependable over the years. Highly recommended to anyone looking for tiles and great customer service.

Great experience from start to finish. Rick was a pleasure to deal with - knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout. He was more than happy for us to take multiple samples home, which made a huge difference when choosing the right options for our bathroom renovation. The quality of the products is excellent, and the service felt very personal, never pushy. Nothing was too much trouble, and we really appreciated the flexibility and advice along the way. Highly recommended!

I???ve used East Lancs tiles a few times over the years & I have used again for a toilet room refit. They now supply toilets & vanity units & the service I received from their supplier was outstanding; a delivery appointment was made & I was regularly text with delivery information. The tiles from East Lancs tile centre were very good & the service from them excellent, even when I was a tile short (I broke one) they had one ready for me to collect. Would I use them again? ???? excellent service & products
