We purchased some tiles.in october 2025. Within 6 months all the tiles developed cracks. The guy was extremely rude . He blamed the house, the tiler and then when he realised it was in fact the tiles that were faulty he told us it was a very small order. Basically not worth his time. I acutally needed outdoor tiles which would have come to a few thousand pounds but there is no way i would buy from here. Whilst we were there he was slagging off another customer that had just left because they too were not worth the hassle. I have included pictures. Apalling service.

Absolutely amazing please that are really knowledgeable and helpful. With their knowledge and expertise we manage to complete the shower tiles with ease. Definitely the place to go in Accrington

Great experience with this company. They saved me some tiles that had been discontinued, they could not have been more polite, friendly and helpful. They also gave me an ex display tile. They have a very good selection of tiles and related products. I would recommend without hesitation

Limited choice insofar as virtually everything is very shiny marble finish and too many displays where the tiles aren't actually available.

Fantastic service by Abdul Rahman. Very friendly and approachable. Gave us very good recommendations on tiles, grout and silicone colours when me and my wife were indecisive. Great products that arrived very quickly. Even helped source a local tiler to fit these. 10/10
