We engaged Rich and his team to do a total rip out and refit of our bathroom. The quality of the job is unbelievable. Went for mitred edges on the tiling for a prestige finish and, wow. The whole process working with Rich was so easy. His team are really professional in skill and interaction, it doesn???t really feel like you???re having work done in your house as they are courteous, friendly, tidy, arrive exactly when they say they will and they keep you updated at every step. We couldn???t speak more highly of the work, the finish and the team.

We had numerous tiling companies round to give us a quote for a complete bathroom refit. Rich was the only one to give us a breakdown of what they had allowed for. He kept us informed of when he could start, he turned up when he said he would. Kept us updated by text as to how the job is going and what the next steps were. He would always answer any questions we had. His team were polite, respectful with your home. Would I recommend R Jones Tiling, Yes I would. He left us with a bathroom far nicer than we could of dreamed of. Thankyou Rich.

1st class job and communication. Prompt quote and good guidance regarding quantity and quality of tiles that was required to guarantee the finish we wanted. Rich had an excellent attention to detail demonstrated at a particular window aspect which he explained to us, but involved extra work for him, but which he was keen to do to gain the best finish. He did extra siliconing for us (a job I hate), to finish the kitchen off and didn???t charge extra. Definitely recommend this chap for a great job, reasonable pricing and good advice.

Outstanding bathroom installation from start to finish. Richie arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and displayed high attention to detail. Tile work, plumbing, and finishing touches were all completed to a very high standard. He kept the workspace tidy and communicated clearly throughout the project. I???m extremely satisfied with the result and would highly recommend his services. Thanks very much

Richie and his team have done an amazing job on my bathroom. Nothing was too much for them which was a good job as 2 walls needed rebuilding. I knew from seeing his work on Instagram that he didn???t cut corners and I???m so glad I chose him to do the work. The finish is beautiful, the lines, the fall, the attention to detail, and he went above and beyond what was originally requested. I???d have no hesitation recommending him and his team. Absolutely superb work.
