Went in on the spur of the moment not expecting much but was pleasently suprised the staff were amazing so friendly and helpfull and the selection inside was fabulous not just tiles but bathrooms panels and lots of other goods definately recomended

From the minute we walked in we were made to feel welcome, relaxed and free to wonder around. No hard sell, genuine advice from genuinely lovely guys who knew what they were talking about all served with friendly banter ??? who could want more? Can???t rate these guys highly enough!

Prices are on the higher end on most items which is a shame as you get great customer service. You'll get some discount if you ask politely. Also worth asking for end of line items which are discounted.

After buying tiles about 12 years ago for a bathroom refurbishment which are still going strong to this day, I needed a shower fitted in a downstairs cloakroom due to my husband's illness and received excellent help and advice with the end product being a wet room which allowed for easier wheelchair use, and the wall and floor tiles and sanitary fittings supplied were excellent

Great service over many years. Staff very knowledgeable, great value and a genuine feeling that you are very important to them as an individual. Highly recommend Simon and staff.
