Hi. Ian did a fantastic job tiling my floor in the living room, downstairs toilet and utility room, He is very professional and very nice person. Highly recommend. From Mark Russell

Work completed by brown ceramics from quotation to finished product has been seemless. Very professional and work completed to an exceptionally high standard. We are so happy with the work carried out and wouldn???t hesitate to use brown ceramics for future work.

Ian took on another big contract leaving my work behind. Promising to complete the work on said dates and then going back on himself. Left my house a mess with no apology. Unprofessional with how he has dealt with me, taking ages to respond to texts and not answering my calls. About 2.5 days worth of labour spread over two weeks and ultimately being fired from the job. Needs to manage his time better. Worked started 27th August and he didn't tell me he had a big contract elsewhere until 3 days in. Last day he came was the 30th, where he still didn't finish laying down the self leveller. I was then told he can't come back till the following week, (6th September). Following frequent calls and messages, Ian said he could only work on Friday up to Tuesday. I gave him to the chance to come on the 6th to carry on what he started. On the 5th I message Ian to see if he was still good for Friday (6th) . Ian replied saying he could not come Friday as he is tied up else where now. I decided at the point to let Ian go. Very unprofessional to start a customers job when he had another big contract going on, did not inform me of this until work started. Has left my house a mess and does not return any calls made. I would look elsewhere. Also the levelling compound he did was laid in parts and not all together as one. Floor in uneven in places and I'm laying big 750x750mm tiles, floor need to be perfect.

The final piece to our renovating project, tiling the hallway. As you can see the tiles have transformed our hallway. Ian was always on time, tidy and provided a seamless service. The pricing was extremely reasonable and he didn't faff, just got on with the work.... I will certainly use Brown Ceramics again and would 100% recommended Ian to anyone after a tiler..
