   Kim was introduced to us by our landscaper M. Shipway Landscapes when he saw how neglected our newly aquired garden was. She and her very hard working team cleared all the overgrowth revealing beautiful Cornish walls, and Kim then suggested a prairie garden which would be easy to maintain and complement the space we have. Between them both, they have created an amazing garden that we love, and we can now enjoy and relax in our special place.

   I approached Kim of Landscapes of Distinction about my sad state of a garden which was taking a lot of my time weeding. It was also getting dangerous due to it being a steep slope. Kim's sub-contactor, Mark Shipway did the hard landscaping and created 2 tiers and Kim's team has planted ornamental grasses and colourful and scented perrenials and have created a beautiful prairie garden which I can be proud of and enjoy.    We found Landscapes of Distinction when the previous company we worked with vanished without finishing the job. Kim and her terrific crew came in and fixed errors the previous company had made, and made a lot of improvements to the existing design and layout. They were reliable, knowledgable, professional, and extremely hard-working. The service they delivered exceeded our expectations and I recommend them without hesitation. The garden is now accessible to those of limited mobility and not only has Kim planted the boundaries to our choosing but has given us lots of help, encouragement and advice along the way.    My wife was a very keen gardener, who, with my help, used to produce some 4000 bedding plants every year for our garden, which was widely admired. After my wife died, I wanted to retain an attractive garden, but needed it to be much less labour intensive, so I consulted Kim Parish of Landscapes of Distinction for advice. Kim carried out a thorough study of the existing garden and then produced an excellent plan to achieve this objective. This involved some landscaping and the introduction of hardy perennial plants and shrubs. At my request, Kim and her team then carried through her plans. I cannot speak too highly of Kim's expertise and her, and her team's, hard work in achieving a very attractive, but low maintenance garden. I have no hesitation in recommending Landscapes of Distinction.
