Let me start by saying if there was a minus rating review. I first contacted Ben back in 2021 about a resin driveway, everything initially was great. Ben arrived when he said he would, we discussed what we wanted and Ben gave his advise etc, so great! An installation date we arranged, the team turned up bright and early (perfect), our original drive was removed and all rubbish etc was taken away. The resin drive was installed, perfect as it looked amazing, however a couple of month after we noticed a number of cracks appearing, so I contacted Ben and sent him pictures, this is where things changed for the worse! Ben advised he would pop along and have a look, numerous dates and times were arranged he never turned up!! More importantly NO explanation was EVER given. Eventually someone arrived to repair the cracks, unfortunately this was done very badly and the cracks continued and the repairs turned yellow!! Eventually in 2023, after MANY MANY WhatsApp messages as Ben would NOT answer his phone or return ANY messages left a new date was finally arranged to relay the drive! The new drive was installed, after which I had noticed two boot prints on the edge of the drive, Ben was contacted and sent pictures! After a couple of weeks someone arrived to carry out the repairs, these have also turned a slight yellowish colour and are very visible! The overall finish of our drive is VERY poor, we have mismatched edging bricks and lumps and bumps all over the place, Ben has been contacted via telephone, email and WhatsApp and I'm still waiting for a reply!!

Took over the resurfacing of the area around my pool after we were let down by another firm. Did a superb job - really got on with it, no delays or messing about. If there was a break in work because of the weather the lads even turned up at the weekend to make up for lost time. Can???t praise them highly enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone with any landscaping or resurfacing jobs that need doing.

Great job! Highly recommended.
