M J Kloss this the best custom joinery company in the South of England. The quality of work is excellent and to a very high standard of 1 mm tolerance - which is incredibly hard to find, They only work with quality high materials so all of their work is meant to last, They have done serveral project with me ( I am a designer) and they are a dream to work with. If you are looking for anyting custom made they will be happy to work with you. Look no further. I have worked with many firms over the years and now I will only work with M J Kloss for all of my building and restoration works.

We used MJ Kloss Carpentry for our staircase, and we couldn't be happier with the result. From the outset, Maarten understood exactly what we were looking for and ensured the final design worked well both aesthetically and functionally. Throughout the project, we received excellent guidance and support, and the whole process was handled professionally. The quality of the workmanship is very good, and the finished staircase has exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend MJ Kloss Carpentry for anyone looking for bespoke woodwork!

Maarten and the team did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and would use them again if needed. It took me weeks to get a carpenter to come and quote for a tricky repair job to an Edwardian front door porch roof (some of the timbers had rotted). Maarten came almost immediately. The work was all completed within a week. No dramas. In addition to replacing the timbers, and without being asked, they straightened the roof line of the porch (which had been skewed for years) - not an easy job as its a heavy roof.

Had such a positive experience with these guys whilst getting my built in storage units installed. I had a fairly unique requirement which involved some extra deep and wide drawers, but Sorin was super careful to understand my needs and communicate them to my wonderful carpenter Peter. Peter did an amazing job and was so considerate of me and my space as I had to work from home literally next to him due to space constraints. Highly recommend! (painting my own)

Good, very professional company with reliable and excellent tradespeople. Always punctual when promised. Also available to speak to during any works. So important especially if there are problems. This is a company that takes FULL responsibility for its workers. So if there???s a problem, no hesitation in sorting and remedying it. Joey a manager, was especially kind, caring and helpful towards me. He too, is an outstanding carpenter. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.
