We are absolutely delighted with the work Ben has done for us. He created a beautiful bespoke fitted media/display unit with oak slatted panels and lighting, as well as a custom under-eaves storage unit, and the finish on both is exceptional. The attention to detail is second to none, and the units look like they've always been part of the house. Ben was reliable, punctual, incredibly hard-working and always kept the work area clean and tidy at the end of each day. He was easy to communicate with throughout the project, offered great advice when needed, and clearly takes immense pride in his work. If you're looking for a carpenter who produces high-quality bespoke furniture and delivers excellent customer service, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben. We're already thinking about what project we can ask him to do next. Thank you, Ben!

I???ve known Ben for a number of years, dating back to when he was an apprentice carpenter. Watching his journey from apprentice to business owner has been incredibly impressive. The determination and courage it takes to become self-employed and build a company from the ground up is daunting for anyone, but Ben has done so with remarkable professionalism and dedication. After recently having a set of high-specification cupboards installed in our property, it became immediately clear why his business is called Precision Carpentry. His attention to detail is second to none, and the quality of workmanship is exceptional. Ben takes great pride in ensuring everything is completed to the correct specification, while also bringing creative solutions to maximise and enhance the available space. Throughout the project, he maintained excellent communication, regularly checking in to clarify details and ensure the finished product met our expectations. What impressed me most was his commitment to quality???if something didn???t meet his own exacting standards, he would address it without hesitation. That level of integrity and craftsmanship is increasingly rare. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable, and conscientious carpenter. He is not afraid to take on challenging projects that push and test his abilities, and his willingness to continually develop his skills is reflected in the outstanding results he delivers.

The first job we asked of Ben was to remove the old and install new shelving in our storeroom to allow room for two e-bikes to be securely housed. He carried out the work efficiently and well, to our complete satisfaction. So we asked him back for the first part of a series of works we have been considering for a while and we weren't disappointed. He installed some new bespoke shelving in two cupboards, re-hung our kitchen door so it now fits perfectly including a new handle and a brand new bathroom door with antique brass styled fittings which now looks great. Again efficient and friendly, Ben makes sure everything is cleared away, clean and is always considerate of our property. We can recommend Precision Woodworks and Bens' quality of work, adaptability and genuine friendliness. Thank you. Looking forward to the next stage later this year (2026).

We asked Ben to provide a quote to change an oak door from a right-hand to a left-hand opening, and shortly afterwards he came round to carry out the work. From start to finish, Ben was incredibly careful and a true perfectionist. The new oak door was fitted and varnished to a better quality than the orijgnal. The standard of his carpentry was exceptional, and the way he made good the door frame was flawless ??? we were genuinely amazed by the result. The workmanship was nothing short of perfect. We would not hesitate to use Ben???s services again and would absolutely recommend him. His work ethic is fantastic. Thank you Ben
