??????????????? **Exceptional Work ??? Highly Recommended!** I recently hired this builder to carry out a complete refurbishment on a 6-bedroom property and couldn't be more impressed. The scope of work included installation of fire doors (FD30), full painting throughout, new lino flooring in the bathrooms and kitchen, along with a number of smaller jobs ??? skirting boards, door frames, some patching and making good, and general snag fixes ??? all done without having to be asked twice. Got it all finished in just over a week, which for a property of this size and scope is no mean feat, and the finish throughout was exactly what I needed ??? clean, professional, no shortcuts. Pricing was fair and transparent throughout, great value for the standard of work delivered. If you need a reliable, skilled builder who just gets on with it and does it properly, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pawel and his team. I'll be using them again for sure.

They did a great job. Our extension project had been abandoned by the original builders, and even getting someone to quote for the work felt impossible. PL Carpentry stepped in with professionalism and expertise, working closely with the building inspectorate to resolve and rectify a long list of issues left behind by the previous builder. For a long time, it felt like we were living in a ruin, now it finally feels like it can be a home. They handled plumbing, plastering, electrics, joinery both upstairs and downstairs, a knock-through, steel support installation, thermal insulation and screed pours and flooring and much much more. Despite the many challenges caused by the previous builder???s work, they managed to get everything completed, signed off, and fully fit for purpose. Very tidy and courteous around site clean up, would high reccomend. Thank you very much.

Paid 90% upfront. He did 60% of the work wrongly, damaged our home, and walked off to do another job. The kitchen is botched and must be redone from scratch. The external downpipes fell off. His radiator mistakes were so bad I had to hire an independent plumber, who had to break the kitchen ceiling to fix the errors. We paid other trades out of our own pocket to fix everything.After taking our money, he blamed his unfinished work on his medical condition. We are not responsible for his health. He then made excuses and told us we must leave our own home and stay in a hotel if we wanted him to finish. A hotel stay was never part of our contract.All photos, payments, and receipts are documented. Small Claims Court is next.Note to the builder's reply: If you reply saying this is "resolved," the law says otherwise. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Limitation Act 1980, you are legally responsible for poor work and property damage for up to 6 years. No paperwork can resolve damage before it actually happens.90% paid. 60% attempted. 0% acceptable.

Pawel and his team upgraded my home beautifully. Their workmanship is excellent, and they were reliable and always on time. I???m genuinely delighted with the results.
