Mark is a very good Joiner he did my Stairs for two stories House, He did my glazed Fire French door A very high standard on my new build six bedroom house his workmanship is up to a high standard. Also he???s very trustworthy reliable and honest and the best part is is very reasonable on pricing. I will definitely recommend him for all joinery related jobs. We recently had our internal doors fitted and are really pleased with the result. The workmanship was excellent, with a very high-quality finish throughout. Everything was fitted neatly and precisely, and the doors look great. They were reliable, professional, and kept everything clean and tidy while working. We wouldn???t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled carpenter.

??? 1/5 stars Title: Unprofessional, rude, and uncommunicative ??? do not recommend I contacted Mark from MT Carpentry & Joinery on 8th May regarding work at my house ??? fitting skirting boards and alcove shelves. I gave my address and details straight away. He arranged to come and look, and visited on 10th May. At that visit he said he was going away for 5 days, but promised he would be back in touch with a quote as soon as he was back at work. I also clearly told him while he was in my home that I am autistic, and explained that this means I need clear, timely communication and updates. He said he understood. He went away, came back ??? and I heard absolutely nothing from him for over a week. I messaged him today just to politely ask if he still intended to quote, since I???d had no word at all. His response was shockingly rude, defensive, and unprofessional: - Instead of apologising for going silent, he told me ???if you need it done quickly please feel free to appoint someone else??? ??? - When I said I was only chasing because I???d been waiting so long, he replied ???Same can be said tbf??? ??? implying I was the difficult one ??? - When I reminded him I???d told him about my autism and that his attitude had upset me, he flat???out denied I ever mentioned it ??? which is completely untrue, we spoke about it face???to???face ??? - Later he ???apologised??? but only after I called him out, and spent his message making excuses about how busy he is ??? as if that justifies ignoring a customer and being rude to them. What went wrong: ??? He promised to be in touch ??? went silent ??? He agreed to quote ??? acted like I was bothering him by asking for it ??? He dismissed my needs as an autistic customer ??? He was sharp, rude, and made me feel bad for chasing up work he said he would do This isn???t how you treat people who are potentially paying you. He came to my house, got all the details, promised to get back to me ??? then ignored me, lied about what we???d discussed, and got nasty when I followed up. If you want someone reliable, polite, and who actually keeps their word ??? look elsewhere. I won???t be using him, and I???d advise anyone else not to either.

Had my back garden cladded with wooden batterns.. fantastic job which transformed my garden .. highly recommend
