Absolutely vile customer service. Had note by door stating had missed door survey when come home late last night. Im a nurse so need advance notice and had no contact priorto advise they would be coming. Tried to rearrange as need my door looking at as it is broken and not the securest, you can visibly see this from outside doesn't take a joiner to see that. Managed to rearrange next morning but was told only time they could do was next day. Advised would try to get home at 3pm as latest they could do was until 4pm. Unfortunately had an emergency visit with a patient and had to call emergency services. Then recieved this vile text from person supposed to be surveying door, obviously not supposed to be sent to me. Then when gets caught out tries to apologise but makes an excuse that had to get home. Disgusting customer service

Just had a lean to shed made. Andy was great, knew exactly what we needed and was done professionally. Thankyou Daniel , your work is fab. They are friendly and easy to work with. Got a lean to storage area now that looks good and does the job. Would defo recommend ???? ????
