Paul was great, we had some challenging doors to get in as all the frames were different or previously badly installed. But Paul did a great job of sorting all the doors out to a professional level even with the challenges that cropped up as he did them. We were very happy with the new doors and We will probably be using Paul again for any future carpentry work.

Cannot recommend Paul enough. We hired him after a recommendation to fit 4 new internal doors, in frames that had slightly unusual dimensions (and were very much not straight). Excellent and reliable communication when he came for a quote and before his visit, he patiently answered all of my questions about choosing the correct doors and hardware (first time doing this as a new homeowner and not very confident with what I needed!). He did a very professional and clean job, working so hard to cut and fit everything in one day: the new doors now fit perfectly, and he kept the working areas clean. So pleased with them and we'd happily work with him again next time we need a carpenter.

Paul has just fitted 2 doors under our stairs to create a cupboard. What a fantastic job he's done! Paul was prompt, reliable, professional and a really nice guy too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any carpentry work you need doing. Thank you Paul!

Paul has recently fitted our new kitchen and has done an amazing job. Needless to say with an older property no walls are straight or anyway inline, yet Paul just made it all look easy with expert craftmanship getting everything to flow and adapting things for our needs specifically. Paul did an absolutely stunning job with replacing our living room floor. The old subfloor was chipboard and collapsing with every step we took. We wanted a strong replacement that was going to last and Paul gave advice and sourced the new subfloor timber and damp proof membrane, fixed some joists and a sinking corner, worked for a whole day just clearing out a mountain of rubble out from under the old floor, where building material was dumped from previous work (before we bought the house!), and then came back a few weeks later to lay the new engineered wood flooring! Couldn't have asked for a nicer, friendlier person to do the job, lovely family man and takes pride in his attention to detail! Couldn't recommend him enough! We'll be having Paul back to replace the stairs and maybe the loft hatches too! :D xx
