We had 4 oak doors and a set of black glass double doors fitted. Really impressed with the quality. Our floors and door frame are not level due to being an older house, everything was explained and check with us but anything was done. All the staff are really friendly! Will definitely be using them again!

Just wanted to write a review following work from Tim and his team. We needed new skirting boards, door frames &doors, architrave and a window sill in our main bedroom. Tim gave us a quote and got us booked in as soon as possible on a day that suited us! They were on time, polite and efficient. Made sure we were happy with the work and answered any questions we had. When we had carpet fitted at a later date; Tim was great at arranging a member of his team to come and trim the door lengths so they didn???t drag on our new flooring. Would highly recommend ????????????????

Tim was quick to respond to my initial query and came to measure up within an hour. He understood exactly what we wanted, provided and fitted 4 new oak doors plus hanging a door which had already been purchased. Our old frames didn???t make fitting easy for Sam, but he did an amazing job and it looks fantastic. Can???t recommend the team highly enough!

I am absolutely delighted with the new oak banister fitted by Tim from TWS Carpentry. From start to finish, the workmanship was outstanding, with great attention to detail and a high-quality finish throughout. The oak banister has completely transformed the look of our staircase and has exceeded our expectations. Tim and his associate Sam were professional, reliable, tidy, and clearly takes great pride in their work. We were kept informed throughout the job and ensured everything was completed to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend Tim and his team to anyone looking for a skilled carpenter. Thank you for a fantastic job ??? we couldn't be happier with the result.

DISAPPOINTED! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! We hired Tim to fit our engineered flooring and the result is an INCOMPLETE MESS. Damaged flooring, badly fitted kitchen plinths and panels and an overall shocking workmanship!! Tim repeatedly promised to come back and fix it, then completely IGNORED my messages and vanished. It???s been almost 6 months and NO REPAIRS, just EMPTY PROMISES followed by total silence!!! If you value your home, your time and your money, STAY WELL AWAY. I???m now paying to fix HIS mistakes. Absolutely appalling. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. Utterly DISAPPOINTING and never using the service again. Update - 16-Apr-2026 We had been trying to get this resolved with you since the day the floor was installed after we paid you(November 2025). After you agreed to have it reinstalled with the new flooring you brought, there have been multiple occasions where you said you would come but didn???t show up without any notice, and have ignored several of my messages, yet we waited for you patiently each time. There has never been a single time we did not respond to you until this review was left. We would have really appreciated some communication from you before it got to the point of leaving this review. I had high hopes from you, but we are left utterly disappointed.
