We cannot recommend Homescapes Ltd highly enough. They have transformed our garden and patio area. The team worked very hard and within the timescale agreed prior to the work commencing.

Homescapes did a brilliant job on our back garden, including a patio and deck, 4 years ago and we have just had them back to do the front drive and side garden. Adam and Rachel couldn't be nicer or more helpful and wouldn't even send an invoice until they knew we were completely happy. A really great local business.

Adam and the team have just finished transforming our rear garden and we are delighted with the results - they have done a first class job. They were always on time, hard working, courteous and good to deal with on a daily basis. Adam was patient with us and came up with some great ideas which have been executed brilliantly. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

An Honest, Efficient and Reliable Family Company Our back garden was in a terrible state with rotting wooden decking, wooden fencing hanging off, a rotting wooden summer house, a large overgrown pine tree and a big hole where an apple tree had been dug out. We asked four firms in Lancashire near the property in Clayton Le Woods to quote for sorting the garden out. Only Homescapes (1990) Ltd fitted with what we wanted and for a reasonable price. Since the home owner is an elderly woman, the fact that Rachel and Adam are a couple and work together with their business was reassuring. This elderly woman could deal with Rachel while Adam dealt with the male team - ideal. The garden sloped down with steps already, so it was important to incorporate gentle steps down and a slope too that was suitable for elderly people. Their quote was flexible as it included prices for different alternatives such as decking, different types of paving, and gravel. The drawing provided with the quote was clear. The proposal adopted was to clear and scrap the decking, fencing, summer house, and pine tree as waste. Then to excavate and prepare the site for paving of most of the area and the steps down with porcelain paving with edging. At the bottom of the garden a concrete block retaining wall was built around a contrasting gravelled area. Our idea was to make it maintenance free. I was really impressed with Homescapes (1990) Ltd as they stuck to their timetable of work and prices despite road works outside hindering their access. As I said, they were honest, efficient and reliable and their team worked so hard tidying up after themselves as they went.

Adam was recommended to us, his quote for our patio project was prompt, within our budget and very reasonable in relation to others. He and his team worked hard and long days, especially Andy. They were friendly, helpful and respectful, nothing was too much trouble. We are delighted with the results and we would highly recommend. A very trustworthy local company.
