   We love our new outdoor space! We contacted Kirman as we wanted their design expertise on how to make the most of an unloved area of garden. The designs were great and the in person meetings were helpful and informative. The team on site during the build were so amazing. We are so pleased with the finished result!    I engaged Kirman Design based on assurances around quality of work and aftercare support. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect what was communicated. There were issues with the finish, including a noticeable colour mismatch. More concerning was the planting, as the trees installed began to deteriorate and died within a matter of weeks, suggesting the work had not been carried out to an acceptable standard. A key part of the service was the promise of aftercare advice and support. When issues arose, I was advised that guidance had been provided. However, upon reviewing CCTV footage from the day of installation, no such aftercare or handover advice was given. Despite multiple attempts to resolve matters directly, no meaningful resolution was offered. I was ultimately left with no option but to pursue the matter through the courts, where judgment was made in my favour. Payment was made following this process. It is disappointing that this situation required legal action to resolve. I would recommend others ensure that any commitments around aftercare and quality are clearly documented and upheld.
