Would like to thank Jordan and team for the great job they did creating our new patio. Jordan gave us great advice when deciding the design. The team were very professional throughout the project and they all went above and beyond. Thank you Jordan and team we are so pleased with the patio. Will definitely recommend.

We recently had our pergola installed by Flowless Developments Limited, and we???re extremely pleased with the entire experience. The team created a solid, well-finished base for the structure, and the quality of their workmanship really shows in the final result. Jordan and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. Jordan is incredibly friendly and approachable, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, so we always knew what to expect at each stage. Communication was excellent throughout. Jordan was always available, picked up every call, and kept us fully informed along the way. It???s rare to find such reliability and professionalism. We???re very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Flowless Developments Limited to anyone looking for quality work and great service.

Jordan and Reece were just such superstars the whole way through the project. We really felt like Jordan offered the best value for money, giving us advice and recommendations on what we could/should think about in the space and we were so pleased with how the garden turned out. We ran into some unforseen issues during the project and the weather was absolutely awful, but Jordan and Reece slogged on. We kept having new exciting ideas and updates and although most people would charge a lot more for these bits of work, Jordan was always really fair with his extra quotes and often went above and beyond without charging. Cannot wait to use this space in the summer!! They are also just really nice people and we got on really well every day get were round.

A big thank you to Jordan and his team for transforming our tired old garden into a beautiful retreat! Jordan listened to our ideas and worked his magic! It was a pleasure to have Jordan here for just over 3 weeks, a very professional young man who knows his trade, a friendly nature, attentive, ameniable, and trustworthy. Loving our new patio area with its extension that enables us to sit out and catch the evening sun. Beautiful new lawn that is so soft underfoot and still looks amazing. We were fortunate with the weather which helped with the upkeep as it was bedding in. Raised beds with sleepers which now make it a feature rather than a boring flat soiled area. Framing the lush lawn and enabling us to plant out more beautiful flowers and plants. The shed was purchased elsewhere and erected by Jordan and his team. This adds to the overall look of of the garden as well as giving us extra storage. Overall, I cannot fault the work and the time frame this transformation was completed in. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jordan and his team without a question!

A big thank you to Jordan and Brandon for such a great job on our new patio. Transformed out patio from an unusable space into a place perfect in time for summer BBQ's. Also did additional walkway down the side of the house which was equally transformed. Photos speak for themselves with this Raj blend Indian sandstone patio. Friendly, reliable and professional guys. Kept us informed throughout and double checked with how we wanted certain things. Gave a fair price for the work which didn't change. Completed as expected to a high standard and as promised. Tidied up at the end. Very happy overall, should be in touch in the future for them to do our driveway for us. Thanks again, both.
