Fantastic professional and efficient service from Wayne for a problem with my front door lock and handle. He explained everything fully and updated an old lock to a more secure one for a really reasonable price. No hesitation in recommending him to anyone with a problem lock.

We had trouble trying to lock our door from the outside. We contacted Wayne who came at 9am the next morning. He replaced our broken door handle and fitted a better quantity lock. A very friendly and professional service. Would definitely recommend

Thefront door lock of our third floor flat failed with us on the outside on Saturday at about 5:30. We searched CheckaTrade and found Wayne Lewis, he was with us in less than 30 minutes. The security level of the lock meant that it was not possible to open it from outside, fortunately Lewis managed to gain access to our balcony by climbing the builder's scaffolding and then drilling out the balcony door lock so he could get into the flat. It took over an hour to disassemble the front door locking mechanism before he could get it open. Wayne then replaced the balcony lock and the complete mechanism for the front door. Throughout the whole time he was working he was unfailingly polite and demonstrated considerable skill and persistence in removing and replacing a high security door mechanism. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Wayne was really friendly and professional. He did a superb job changing our old door lock, and cleaning up any mess, in fact he did such a good job that I asked him to change the front door lock too. He turned up a bit early and was really good value for money. As soon as he got here he was straight on with doing the job. Can't praise him highly enough.

Wayne was very helpful with sorting out an issue we had with our door. He knew exactly what was wrong with it and sorting the problem very promptly and efficiently. Thank you Wayne
