Martin was brilliant! His replies were super speedy and helpful. Our key had broken inside the lock and we needed a new barrel and set of keys. He came out the next morning and fixed it for us. He wasn't here long and did a great job - a much more secure lock too! And extremely reasonable prices. Couldn't recommend enough and would definitely use him again (but hopefully we won't break another key!).

Excellent service from Martin at Lock force. He provided help over the phone at night to enable us to shut the door and then attended the next day and sorted the issue. He was very friendly and had the problem fixed in no time. Everything was clean and tidy when he left. Very good value too and we would definitely recommend him.

Great service by Martin from the moment I called and explained my problem to him fixing it the same morning. He explained what the problem could be from the easy to the worse case. Each step he explained what he had done and why. He also recommended how to resolve other issue with the door and quoted every step of the way, insuring I was happy with everything. The price was very reasonable and his workmanship was great. New Lock fixed and new handles due to worn springs.

Martin is fantastic I asked for a security check to ensure everything at home was as secure as possible Martin was punctual, very polite and kind.. he did a full check and refused payment as he was satisfied everything was secure.
