Fantastic emergency assistance! The technician arrived with all the specialized tools required to open my heavy security door. He worked carefully, ensured there was zero structural damage, and checked that the lock functioned smoothly afterward. Fair pricing and customer-focused service!

Extremely overpriced. I was originally quoted ??49, but in the end I was charged over ??500 + VAT just to have a lock replaced. The price difference was absolutely ridiculous and completely unexpected. I would not recommend this company due to the excessive and misleading pricing.

Told me will cost maximum ??100 wanted to charge me ??400+vat it???s a national company not local with a London number scam scam scam

After losing my purse with my house keys inside, I needed all my exterior locks changed immediately for security reasons. They dispatched a master locksmith within 20 minutes who brought a variety of high-quality replacement locks right in his van. He explained the security options clearly, rekeyed everything efficiently, and handed me fresh sets of keys on the spot. Professional, prompt, and completely restored my peace of mind. Excellent emergency service!

Thought for sure I was going to have to shell out hundreds of dollars to replace our whole front door lock assembly because the key kept turning without catching. The locksmith came over, took the lock apart, and realized it was just a loose tailpiece and dry internal gears. Fixed and lubricated it in 15 minutes for a basic service fee instead of pushing a brand new lock on me. That kind of honesty is super rare these days.
